**Scope of the service**

The laboratory services, provided to IPO OOD, city of Sofia, includes sample taking as well as transportation and analysis of specific chemical pollutants in wastewater from its sites.

The analyses are made in conformity with accredited methods based on recognized international standards or intra-laboratory methods.

Thanks to the specialized software for laboratory management the Laboratory Testing Complex with Sofiyska Voda AD (LTC) ensures full control and traceability of the samples at any time. By a number of successful participations in international proficiency tests, the laboratory has proven its competence as well as the validity of the results provided to the customers.

As a contractor LTC conducts its activity within the agreed terms and issues test reports in conformity with the accreditation standard.
