Sofiyska Voda JSC was successfully certified by the Bulgarian representation of the internationally recognized organization TUV Nord for management of the quality in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 standard. With it the company became one of the first companies for utility services, which introduced the new version of the standard.
The scope of the new version of ISO 9001:2015 includes the processes related to customer services: new connections to the WSS network, customer accounts management, installation, replacement, inspection and reading of water meters, invoicing, debt collection, management of customer requests, complaints and communication with customers. By it the company aims at achieving permanent success by improving its ability to meet the expectations of its customers and other interested parties.
The certification will help the company in its efforts, by allowing practical managing of the processes for successful implementation of the program for better quality of the services for the customers. The new version of the standard pays special attention to risk management that could affect the quality of services.
