‘We created the mobile customer service center to move closer to people. For the ones, who live at more distant places. We are proud that Sofiyska Voda created the first mobile customer service center in the WSS sector in Bulgaria. We always try to think both of the quality of the services, which we supply, and the convenience and interests of our customer, as well’, shared Arnaud Valleteau, CEO of Sofiyska Voda. He cut the ribbon and serviced the first customers in the mobile customer service center which started its work today from Vladaya village. More than 10 people used the “mobile services” yet in the first working hour.

The opening was attended by the mayor of Vitosha Municipality - Todor Petkov, as well as the local mayor of Vladaya - Tanya Ivanova. “Congratulations for your good initiative and thank you for choosing the Vitosha Area for the launch of this mobile center. This is exactly the right strategy – to be closer to customers“, said the mayor Petkov a few minutes after the ribbon cutting ritual.

The mobile customer service center will visit over 20 villages in suburban areas and remote populated areas outside Sofia according to a preliminary schedule. That includes the residential quarters Boyana, Knyazhevo, Simeonovo, Dragalevtsi, the villages Vladaya, Zheleznitsa, Pasarel, Bistritsa, Kazichene, Malo Buchino, Voluyak, Obelya, Mramor, Mirovyane, Busmantsi, Dobroslavtsi, Lozen, Kremikovtsi, Chepintsi, Svetovrachene, the towns Bankya and Novi Iskar. The schedule is available on the website of Sofiyska Voda - www.sofiyskavoda.bg, at the free phone line - 0 800 121 21, as well as at the building of the Mayor’s Office of the residential area. In the travelling water center a customer can request among all services like: water supply, sewer, water metering, self-reading, laboratory and technical services, as well as registration of new account or transfer of existing one. In the mobile customer office payments will be accepted by debit and credit cards.

The mobile customer service center is the second step of the running general modernization of the servicing under the motto “Services going swimmingly”, which Sofiyska Voda is currently introducing. In June the company became the first water operator with a 24-hour free customer phone line. The goal of the company is to facilitate customers to a maximum degree by saving their time and money and providing them more flexible and quality services.
